I was extremely disappointed with the way we were treated. We placed an online order after seeing a wing special advertised on the website. A few minutes later, we received a call saying the special was a mistake and would not be honored. Since we were already outside the restaurant, we went in to discuss it. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, the owner, Ricardo, immediately had an attitude. When we politely asked why the advertised price couldn’t be honored, he became rude, raised his voice, and told us he would rather cancel our entire order than work with us. I understand that pricing errors can happen. What isn’t acceptable is the complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service. Mistakes are one thing, but treating paying customers with hostility is another. We weren’t looking for an argument—we simply wanted to understand the situation. Unfortunately, the owner’s behavior ensured that we won’t be returning

The 1st time I came was by accident, I went to the wrong place,, and I am thankful I did! Today was my second time, and it was even better than the 1st.. The food is hearty, your definitely not going to finish it. And its got an old recipe taste... Im sorry I didnt catch her name, but the lady at the counter was so nice, very helpful and kind. I will most definitely be back, a lot.... Thank you for your amazing food and service!!!!

We’ve been coming to PizzaMachine on Taft Street for a few years now, and it never disappoints. Every single visit, the food comes out hot, fresh, and made just right—it’s clear they take pride in what they serve. Whether it’s the pizza, wings, or sides, everything is consistently delicious. What really keeps us coming back, though, is the staff. They are always so polite, welcoming, and attentive, which makes the whole experience even better. It’s hard to find a place that’s this consistent over time, but PizzaMachine truly delivers every time. Definitely one of our go-to spots

I had an amazing pizza delivery experience! The order arrived right on time, piping hot, and smelling incredible the moment I opened the box. The driver was friendly, professional, and made the handoff quick and easy. The pizza itself was delicious — perfectly cooked, great flavor, and exactly what I ordered. It’s clear this team takes pride in their service and quality. Highly recommend! I’ll definitely be ordering again

The Best Local Pizza I've had in AGES! (Seriously) From the authentic style pizza, delicious subs, and bomb tenders, Pizza Machine is a local favorite. Since I moved to Pembroke Pines, the first place.. (besides a local skatepark) ..I needed to find was the Pizzeria and boy do they not disappoint. Prices are fair, granted the quality of the food is great, in my opinion. It's consistent 99.99% of the time. It's very consistent. (If not just speak to someone, they'll help you out for sure) All in all, I love this place. I go there once a week or every other week. Maybe even twice a week. I love it! <3 (I've been meaning to make this review for about a year now, haha.)
